Affordable Housing at it’s Best!!!!

In May 2022, Dayton Century Homes LLC, with funding assistance from Day Air Credit Union, First Financial Bank and the Dayton Region New Market Fund, acquired the 100 single-family, scattered site homes that were developed originally as two (2) separate affordable housing developments. These homes were constructed using equity from the sale of annual housing credits that had been awarded by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA). Other funding sources in the original construction included the City of Dayton.

Cambridge House Apartments is a multi-family Tax Credit property with 100% project-based HUD Section 8. The community has 45 units that consist of 0, 1 and 2 bedrooms.

The units are very spacious and have amenities such as:
